About the Role
You will define technical strategy for agentic productivity and translate goals into execution. You will build and ship agent runtime platforms, tooling, harnesses, and context-management approaches. You will create evaluations, improve scalability and reliability, and collaborate across functions to establish quality standards and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Build and operate large-scale distributed systems
- Lead large-scale complex projects or teams as an engineer or tech lead
- Have experience with agents performing technical or knowledge work
- Build scalable platforms
- Communicate effectively and support internal partners
- Understand the evolution of human work
- Have experience with container or VM orchestration at scale
- Have developer productivity or infrastructure experience, including CI/CD and builds
- Build widely adopted CLI tools and services
