About the Role
You will design, develop, and maintain AI agent governance capabilities; build scalable data pipelines and data processing solutions; improve identity governance functionality; monitor AI agent performance and security; implement authentication, authorization, logging, metrics, and compliance; evaluate emerging AI platforms; and document architecture and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of experience in data engineering related software engineering roles
- Hands-on experience in data ingestion, data preparation, data processing, and scalable data pipelines
- Strong understanding of data modeling and scalable data solutions
- Experience with BigQuery, SQL, NoSQL databases, and Elasticsearch
- Experience designing, optimizing, and troubleshooting analytical queries
- Experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines and large-scale data processing solutions
- Familiarity with structured and unstructured data management
- Understanding of distributed data systems and data integration patterns
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AI agent governance capabilities across AI platforms
- Prototype and iterate on AI agent capabilities
- Drive the evolution of identity governance capabilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Monitor AI agent performance, usage, operational health, and security
- Implement authentication, authorization, and least-privilege controls
- Implement logging, metrics, monitoring, and compliance for AI agents
- Evaluate emerging AI agent platforms, interoperability standards, and governance technologies
- Document architecture, governance processes, operational procedures, and engineering best practices
