About the Role

You will design, develop, and maintain AI agent governance capabilities; build scalable data pipelines and data processing solutions; improve identity governance functionality; monitor AI agent performance and security; implement authentication, authorization, logging, metrics, and compliance; evaluate emerging AI platforms; and document architecture and operational procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • 8+ years of experience in data engineering related software engineering roles
  • Hands-on experience in data ingestion, data preparation, data processing, and scalable data pipelines
  • Strong understanding of data modeling and scalable data solutions
  • Experience with BigQuery, SQL, NoSQL databases, and Elasticsearch
  • Experience designing, optimizing, and troubleshooting analytical queries
  • Experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines and large-scale data processing solutions
  • Familiarity with structured and unstructured data management
  • Understanding of distributed data systems and data integration patterns

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain AI agent governance capabilities across AI platforms
  • Prototype and iterate on AI agent capabilities
  • Drive the evolution of identity governance capabilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  • Monitor AI agent performance, usage, operational health, and security
  • Implement authentication, authorization, and least-privilege controls
  • Implement logging, metrics, monitoring, and compliance for AI agents
  • Evaluate emerging AI agent platforms, interoperability standards, and governance technologies
  • Document architecture, governance processes, operational procedures, and engineering best practices
