About the Role
You will shape and ship an AI workbench for scientific research. You will work directly with scientists, translate research workflows into product priorities, partner with product and design, improve scientific model evaluations, identify failure modes, and help turn model capabilities into practical applications.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- 2+ years at Staff or equivalent technical leadership level
- Experience building products from zero to one
- Experience building AI products
- Experience working directly with technical domain experts
- Ability to drive cross-team alignment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience
- Relevant field of study demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Responsibilities
- Ship product work against a roadmap you help shape
- Work directly with scientists and translate their needs into engineering priorities
- Turn scientific workflows into shipped product with product and design partners
- Shape evaluations, identify failure modes, and feed user insights into model development
