About the Role

You will build and maintain scalable AI-powered development tools across the frontend and backend. You will collaborate with developers and researchers, improve shared tools and evaluations, experiment with AI-assisted coding techniques, and work with environments such as Python notebooks, VS Code plug-ins, and containers.

Requirements

• Experience building and maintaining developer tools
• Expert React development skills, including hooks, context, suspense, performance optimization, and component architecture
• Full-stack development capability with user experience engineering specialization
• Hands-on experience with large language models and prompt engineering
• Experience with safety, security, or compliance requirements
• 6+ years of work experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience
• Relevant field of study demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable features and infrastructure for AI-powered development tools
• Gather developer insights and improve the user experience
• Collaborate with researchers on shared tools and evaluations
• Evaluate emerging AI-assisted coding techniques
• Develop features across frontend UI and backend infrastructure
• Fix bugs and optimize performance
• Work with Python notebooks, VS Code plug-ins, and containerized environments
