About the Role

You will architect, design, and develop cloud infrastructure management systems, platforms, workflows, interfaces, and automation. You will improve reliability, scalability, security, and operational efficiency; implement highly available cloud architectures; collaborate across development teams; and mentor fellow engineers.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
10+ years of relevant industry experience
10+ years of experience building and operating distributed systems at scale
Experience building and operating reliable, scalable, efficient, and secure cloud platforms
Fluency in Go, Rust, Java, C++, or similar languages
Understanding of cloud security best practices and secure configurations
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Architect, design, and implement physical infrastructure management systems and availability platforms
Champion system reliability, scalability, and security
Develop workflows that improve efficiency and support business objectives
Design and implement highly available cloud architectures optimized for performance and cost
Develop and maintain deployment, configuration-management, operations, and automation platforms
Collaborate with development teams on integration and deployment
Mentor fellow engineers
