About the Role
You will identify and remove technical bottlenecks on the path to scientific AI. You will develop approaches for long-horizon reasoning, scale research prototypes into production systems, create evaluation frameworks, and implement distributed training and performance optimizations for large-scale model development.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of machine-learning research experience
- Familiarity with large-scale language-model training, evaluation, and inference pipelines
- Expertise in performance optimization and distributed computing systems
- Ability to identify technical bottlenecks in complex systems
- Ability to translate research concepts into scalable engineering solutions
- Experience shipping machine-learning systems for challenging multi-step reasoning problems
Responsibilities
- Identify and remove bottlenecks toward scientific AI
- Develop approaches for long-horizon task completion and complex reasoning
- Scale research ideas from prototype to production
- Create benchmarks and evaluation frameworks for scientific workflows and computer use
- Implement distributed training systems and performance optimizations
