About the Role
You will develop foundational Safeguards systems for data storage and management, metrics and evaluations, and human and agentic review. You will operate these systems to a high reliability standard and build scalable, multilayered defenses that improve safety mechanisms in real time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or comparable professional experience
- Python proficiency
- Ability to work across the stack
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Develop foundational Safeguards infrastructure for data management, metrics, evaluations, and review
