About the Role
Serve as a technical architect and senior project lead for Ripple's global office networks, supporting high-availability connectivity, new office design and commissioning, automation, security, observability, and infrastructure lifecycle management.
Requirements
- Expert-level understanding of Arista EOS, CloudVision, and Aruba Central.
- Deep experience with Palo Alto Networks Panorama, GlobalProtect, and Prisma or equivalent.
- Experience with cloud-based RADIUS/TACACS+ authentication and certificate management platforms.
- Expertise with Arista EOS/CloudVision and Juniper JunOS switching and routing stacks.
- Experience with MLAG and LACP switch stacking for high availability.
- Senior-level Aruba wireless experience in extensive, high-density global deployments.
- Proficiency with Python and Ansible for NetDevOps.
- Advanced Infoblox administration across DNS, DHCP, and IPAM in high-availability multi-site environments.
- Experience with SNMP-based alerting and logging platforms.
- Expert knowledge of BGP, BFD, STP, and 802.11ax/be standards.
- Experience with SD-WAN, ZTNA, and new office network design and installation.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain Ripple office networking standards.
- Resolve critical issues in the global network infrastructure.
- Develop automation, version control, and CI/CD practices for network operations.
- Replace manual configurations with cloud-managed deployment and validation tooling.
- Implement Zero Trust Network Access with Information Security and cross-functional teams.
- Manage global hardware through design, deployment, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Own the 99.9% network availability SLA and develop advanced observability.
- Manage ISP, hardware vendor, and professional services relationships.
- Lead cross-functional projects supporting international deliverables.
