About the Role
You will set the technical vision and day-to-day priorities for neural rendering and generative modeling. You will build production sensor simulation for camera, LiDAR, and radar data, own the framework from research through deployment, automate cloud pipelines, align stakeholders, and mentor engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field plus 10+ years of experience; Master’s degree plus 7+ years; or Ph.D. plus 5+ years

Responsibilities
- Set the technical vision and roadmap for neural rendering and generative modeling
- Lead day-to-day prioritization, unblock engineers, and make technical architecture decisions
- Apply research advances in neural rendering and generative models
- Translate research into production camera, LiDAR, and radar sensor simulation
- Own the neural rendering framework from research through cloud integration and deployment
- Automate cloud pipelines for verification and validation
- Design, implement, test, and deploy production-quality software
- Own machine learning ecosystem integration and scaling decisions
- Identify and drive improvements to technical capabilities
- Represent roadmap, priorities, and constraints to peer functions and leadership
- Mentor, coach, and develop engineers
- Participate in hiring and onboarding
