About the Role
You will build scalable ML pipelines for feature engineering, training, validation, and deployment. You will optimize training and inference, integrate ML into products, collaborate with risk and data functions, and support strong engineering practices.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of machine learning engineering experience
- Python programming and Java experience
- Production machine learning lifecycle experience
- Big-data pipeline experience
- Software engineering, data engineering, and MLOps knowledge
- Data science, statistics, and machine learning knowledge
- Experience with PySpark, Trino SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, LightGBM, Pandas, MLflow, and Airflow
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Argo Workflows, Prometheus, and Grafana
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production ML pipelines
- Build feature engineering, model training, validation, and deployment workflows
- Identify and fix ML training and inference bottlenecks
- Integrate ML solutions into products and services
- Collaborate with credit operations and data functions
- Support good engineering practices
