About the Role

You will design and ship personalization, ranking, and recommendation systems through the full machine learning lifecycle, lead new ML capabilities from prototype to production, integrate agentic workflows and LLM fine-tuning, define technical strategy, and mentor engineers.

Requirements

10+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer
Strong foundation in ranking, recommendation systems, deep learning, and optimization
Experience shipping models to production at scale
Expertise in personalization and recommendation systems
Experience owning systems end to end in a high-traffic, data-rich environment
Ability to deliver production-grade solutions from ambiguous problems
Experience with agentic systems or LLM fine-tuning
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience
Strong Python coding skills
Familiarity with ML infrastructure tooling

Responsibilities

Design, build, and ship personalization, ranking, and recommendation systems
Manage feature engineering, model deployment, and monitoring
Partner with product, data engineering, and platform teams
Define technical strategy and drive execution across workstreams
Lead zero-to-one development of ML capabilities
Prototype, iterate, and scale models
Evaluate and integrate agentic workflows and LLM fine-tuning
Lead architecture reviews and code reviews
Mentor engineers
