About the Role

You will architect, build, and maintain automation for enterprise IT systems. You will integrate platforms through APIs and event-driven architectures, automate identity and access management, engineer IT data platforms, lead technical standards, mentor engineers, and manage business-system deployments.

Requirements

• 10+ years in IT Engineering, IT applications development, or DevOps
• At least 5 years of enterprise automation experience
• Cloud automation experience with GCP, AWS, and/or Azure
• Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform
• Proficiency in a modern programming language, preferably Python
• Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs
• Experience with relational databases and SQL
• Experience with automation platforms such as n8n, SOAR, Ansible, Workato, or custom frameworks
• Experience in regulated industries and with SOC 2, HIPAA, or equivalent frameworks

Responsibilities

• Develop workflow automation for onboarding, offboarding, access requests, compliance, and IT support
• Build resilient system integrations using APIs and event-driven architectures
• Automate identity and access management controls
• Engineer IT data platforms for enterprise reporting, audits, and analytics
• Establish engineering best practices and lead code reviews
• Document architectures and mentor engineers
• Manage deployment and lifecycle operations for business systems and custom applications
