About the Role

You will design and build software for hardware bring-up, characterization, and production testing across bench and ATE environments. You will automate instruments, maintain test flows and data pipelines, debug integrations, and support test-program releases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in hardware test software, ATE systems, or test architecture.
• Experience owning test software architecture for a product line.
• Hands-on experience with ATE test method or test-flow development or embedded test frameworks.
• Fluency with instrumentation automation using SCPI, VISA, or equivalent.
• Experience mentoring engineers and driving cross-functional technical decisions.
• Ability to scope, plan, implement, and validate automation projects.
• Ability to reason about embedded C or C++, controls, or firmware.

Responsibilities

• Learn the hardware sufficiently to make informed software decisions.
• Design and build software for device bring-up, characterization, and production testing.
• Develop and maintain test methods, test flows, and instrument-control code.
• Translate hardware test requirements into repeatable test software.
• Build and maintain test-data logging and results pipelines.
• Debug hardware and software integration issues.
• Support test-program releases to internal and external test facilities.
• Communicate progress and blockers and work hands-on in the lab.
