About the Role
You will lead first-silicon bring-up and post-silicon validation of RISC-V CPU-based SoCs through production readiness. You will debug hardware and software interactions, develop bare-metal tests and boot flows, support Linux and driver validation, and provide feedback for future silicon revisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of SoC bring-up, validation, and silicon debug experience
- CPU and SoC architecture knowledge
- RISC-V privilege modes
- Cache, coherency, and memory-system knowledge
- Hardware and software debug experience
- Lab-tool experience
Responsibilities
- Lead first-silicon bring-up of RISC-V CPU-based SoCs
- Execute post-silicon validation plans
- Debug silicon issues across CPU cores, interconnects, memory subsystems, peripherals, and high-speed interfaces
- Develop and debug bare-metal tests and boot flows
- Collaborate on Linux bring-up and driver validation
- Support ECO validation and drive fixes for future silicon revisions
