About the Role
You will own CPU core-level verification for out-of-order RISC-V CPUs. You will plan functional verification, develop stimulus and coverage, debug simulation and emulation regressions, and improve testbench and debug infrastructure. You will also support CPU-core and cluster bring-up with design, validation, and test colleagues.
Requirements
- 8+ years of CPU verification or closely related digital design experience.
- In-depth knowledge of high-performance out-of-order CPU microarchitecture.
- Ability to work with RTL, waveforms, logs, and complex debug scenarios.
- Clear communication across design, verification, emulation, and post-silicon teams.
Responsibilities
- Plan and drive functional verification for CPU core features and complex microarchitectural scenarios.
- Develop UVM, assembly, and C/C++ stimulus, functional models, and coverage for ISA, RISC-V extensions, and un-core components.
- Debug simulation and emulation regressions using RTL, waveforms, and logs.
- Build and enhance coverage models, testbenches, and debug infrastructure.
- Collaborate with design, validation, and test teams to support CPU-core and cluster bring-up.
