About the Role
You will lead and optimize composite manufacturing processes across programs, scaling throughput while managing quality and cost. Responsibilities
- Lead the design and optimization of manufacturing processes
- Scale production while balancing throughput, quality, and cost
- Launch a new production line for a larger jet
- Develop CPD and Fibersim definitions and producibility assessments
- Deploy manufacturing equipment, tooling, and hardware and software systems
- Source and integrate capital equipment, production tools, and automation systems
- Mentor engineers and production personnel
- Standardize and improve manufacturing performance
