About the Role
Build and scale core backend technologies and infrastructure for the World ID protocol and ecosystem. Architect reliable, secure, decentralized, and privacy-preserving systems; provide technical leadership; mentor engineers; lead complex initiatives; and shape the platform's technical roadmap.
Requirements
- Experience in senior technical leadership positions.
- Experience leading complex initiatives from start to finish.
- Ability to mentor and guide engineering teams.
- Expertise in designing and implementing reliable and scalable software systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
