About the Role
You will lead performance investigations across distributed AI training and inference systems. You will build benchmarks, profile workloads, develop C++ and Python analysis tools, identify bottlenecks, validate improvements, and translate performance evidence into practical engineering decisions.
Requirements
- Experience profiling and optimizing AI, machine learning, or high-performance computing workloads
- Experience with distributed systems
- MPI, NCCL, UCX, or libfabric
- C++

- Understanding of compute, memory, and communication behavior in large-scale systems
- Ability to lead complex technical work
- Familiarity with MLPerf, accelerated architectures, machine learning frameworks, or high-performance interconnects
