About the Role
Own production reliability, deployment pipelines, incident response, observability, performance, and reliability guardrails for Kody's next-generation platform.
Requirements
- Deep practical experience managing application deployment and runtime environments on AWS.
- Advanced Git workflow and GitHub Actions expertise.
- Strong proficiency with monitoring tools, log management, and scripting for troubleshooting.
- End-to-end ownership of production environment health with strong communication skills.
- High resilience and urgency during high-stakes incidents.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, verbal and written, is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Implement reliability guardrails for AWS applications to meet uptime and SLA requirements.
- Own CI/CD deployment pipelines and repository management through GitHub.
- Lead rapid-response troubleshooting during production incidents and conduct blameless post-mortems.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to detect and mitigate anomalies.
- Support cross-border technical alignment between US operations and international engineering teams.
