About the Role
You will own the sports creator affiliate network from prospecting and onboarding through ongoing management, compliance, and performance optimization. You will recruit pick-focused creators, support them with assets and guidance, review promotional content, analyze traffic and depositor results, create compliant scripts and concepts, run targeted outreach, and report recommendations to the Growth team.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing an influencer or affiliate program
- Experience recruiting, onboarding, and managing partners
- Ability to manage a high volume of relationships without reducing quality
- Familiarity with sports betting content, picks culture, and relevant online communities
- Ability to interpret depositor, click-through, and creator conversion data
- Strong written communication skills
- An existing network of sports creators or picks-focused influencers
- Experience with performance or affiliate marketing analytics, tracking platforms, and attribution tools
- Experience writing or reviewing compliant promotional scripts for regulated or semi-regulated content categories
