About the Role
You review incoming customer onboarding cases under KYB policies and risk assessments, validate AML documentation, request and follow up on CDD and EDD records, investigate sanctions, PEP, and adverse media matches, report AML and CDD issues to management, provide professional customer service, improve CDD procedures, and manage assigned projects.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma, degree, or higher education
- At least 2 years of AML and CDD/EDD review or KYB experience
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent spoken and written English
Responsibilities
- Review incoming customer onboarding cases
- Apply KYB principles consistently with company policy and risk assessments
- Review KYB documents using validation tools and reputable sources
- Request appropriate CDD and EDD documentation
- Follow up on pending CDD and EDD requests
- Investigate sanctions, PEP, and adverse media matches
- Report AML and CDD issues to management
- Provide professional customer service
- Escalate queries where appropriate
- Support CDD function enhancements
- Maintain procedures
- Manage assigned projects
