About the Role
You will review customer onboarding cases, verify KYB documentation, request and follow up on CDD and EDD materials, and investigate sanctions, PEP, and adverse media matches. You will provide AML information to management, resolve queries, maintain procedures, and support CDD projects.
Requirements
- Tertiary higher education such as a degree
- Two or more years of experience in AML, CDD, EDD, or KYC
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
Responsibilities
- Review customer onboarding cases
- Verify KYB documents using validation tools and reputable sources
- Request and follow up on CDD and EDD documentation
- Investigate sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening matches
- Provide information on AML and CDD issues
- Resolve customer and departmental queries
- Support CDD function enhancements and procedure maintenance
- Manage assigned projects
