About the Role
You complete customer onboarding reviews under KYB policy and risk assessments, validate AML documentation, request and follow up on CDD and EDD materials, investigate sanctions, PEP, and adverse-media screening matches, provide management with AML and CDD information, resolve customer and departmental queries, support CDD procedure enhancements, and manage assigned projects.

Responsibilities
- Complete customer onboarding reviews
- Apply KYB principles consistently
- Review and validate KYB documents
- Request CDD and EDD documentation
- Follow up on pending requests
- Investigate sanctions screening matches
- Investigate PEP screening matches
- Investigate adverse-media matches
- Provide AML and CDD information to management
- Maintain customer service levels
- Escalate queries where appropriate
- Enhance the CDD function
- Maintain procedures
- Manage assigned projects
