About the Role
You will own end-to-end sourcing strategy for contract manufacturing partners. You will lead and mentor a sourcing team, develop multi-year supplier strategies, negotiate long-term agreements, align cross-functional stakeholders, build cost models, manage capacity and risk, and conduct executive supplier reviews.
Requirements
- Technical and commercial sourcing ability
- Strong contract manufacturing sourcing experience
- Experience negotiating multi-year strategic supplier agreements
- Financial acumen including cost modeling and total cost of ownership analysis
- Executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Expertise in contract manufacturing ecosystems supporting hyperscale infrastructure
- Experience in AI infrastructure, semiconductor, or cloud hardware environments
- Relationships with electronics manufacturing service providers
- Experience structuring joint development agreements and strategic manufacturing partnerships
- Experience in rapidly scaling infrastructure environments
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end sourcing strategy for contract manufacturing partners supporting AI infrastructure platforms
- Build, lead, and mentor a sourcing team
- Develop and execute multi-year supplier and commodity strategies
- Lead executive-level negotiations for long-term agreements and capacity reservations
- Drive alignment across Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal
- Influence supplier ecosystems and manufacturing partner roadmaps
- Develop cost models and implement should-cost frameworks
- Ensure supply continuity through capacity planning and risk mitigation
- Conduct executive supplier business reviews and drive performance improvements
- Ensure supplier agreements protect long-term strategic and operational interests
