About the Role
You will serve as a customer-facing technical expert for enterprise partners. You will support integrations, advise customers, lead pre-sales solution design, guide onboarding, translate Turkish requirements for engineering teams, manage technical engagements, prepare documentation, coordinate with regulators and vendors, and travel within Turkey and EMEA as needed.
Requirements
- 3 or more years supporting enterprise or B2B customers in a technical sales engineering or solutions engineering role
- Strong understanding of REST APIs SDKs and software integration workflows
- Hands-on experience with APIs WebSockets Postman Grafana and JSON
- Native or business-level Turkish
- Business-level English
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- Ability to manage multiple assignments independently
- Experience in fintech capital markets brokerage or financial APIs is preferred
- Knowledge of brokerage post-trade settlement and regulatory operations is preferred
- Experience with FIX OpenAPI ReadMe or Metabase is preferred
