About the Role

You will provide technical and architectural advice to stakeholders and developers, lead technical discovery calls and product demonstrations, and drive the technology evaluation stage alongside sales. You will diagnose and debug customer issues across smart contracts, front end, back end, and infrastructure, build implementation guides, solution templates, and reusable code samples, create proof-of-concept applications, and support customers via Discord, email, and video calls. You will also translate customer feedback into product improvements and develop internal tools and automation to increase team efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
  • Proficiency with React
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience with blockchain technology smart contracts and NFTs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to debug complex technical issues
  • Experience with Git and version control
  • Experience with EVM-compatible chains such as Ethereum and Polygon
  • Familiarity with web3 development frameworks such as Hardhat and Foundry
  • Contributions to open-source projects
  • Experience with developer tools and SDK implementation
  • Experience in a customer-facing support role
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Drive and manage the technology evaluation stage of the sales process
  • Diagnose and debug customer issues across the stack including smart contracts front end back end and infrastructure
  • Build and maintain technical content including implementation guides solution templates and reusable code samples
  • Translate customer feedback into feature improvements
  • Build proof of concept applications
  • Develop internal tools automation scripts and processes to increase team efficiency
  • Support customers via Discord email and video calls
