About the Role

You will own technical customer engagements from qualified opportunity through validation, go-live, and ongoing delivery. You will build demos and proofs of concept, lead technical discovery, map customer architectures to solutions, quantify ROI, and share field feedback with product and research. You will create reusable architectures, demos, playbooks, and solution patterns.

Requirements

• Applied ML experience in customer-facing contexts
• Experience building demos, prototypes, or production integrations
• Experience owning pre-sales and post-sales technical customer engagements
• Customer-facing communication and executive presentation skills
• Knowledge of AI architectures and deployment tradeoffs
• Understanding of token efficiency, deployment models, model size, latency, and open-weight versus proprietary models

Responsibilities

• Own customer engagements from qualified opportunity through go-live and ongoing delivery
• Build customer-specific demos and proofs of concept using Liquid models
• Lead technical discovery and map customer architectures to solutions
• Drive competitive positioning and quantify ROI
• Document friction patterns, evaluation failures, and capability gaps
• Partner with product and research to influence the roadmap
• Create reusable reference architectures, demos, playbooks, and solution patterns
