About the Role
You will work hands-on with engineering organizations to configure environments, design workflows, enable developers, and solve technical problems. You will lead architecture reviews, guide rollout strategy, scale adoption, measure customer outcomes, and translate customer feedback into reusable product and workflow improvements.
Requirements
- Technical background in software engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, platform engineering, or developer tooling
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role
- Hands-on experience with engineering teams
- Knowledge of developer workflows and SDLC tooling
- Knowledge of integrations and CI/CD systems
- Knowledge of governance and enterprise engineering environments
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and executive audiences
- Workflow design and adoption strategy skills
