About the Role

You will design and deliver end-to-end partner integrations, translating partner requirements into clear technical approaches. You will run architecture workshops, produce architecture diagrams and integration playbooks, and coordinate across product, protocol, infra, legal, and risk to unblock launches. You will work directly with partner engineering teams to bring solutions to production, review and debug smart contracts and integration flows, and convert field learnings into improved tooling and documentation. You will keep up with DeFi, Ethereum, and regulatory developments and communicate complex topics clearly across time zones.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience owning complex systems and delivering cross-functionally
• Significant experience working with external partners in solutions architecture integration engineering or technical pre-sales
• Experience in DeFi or deep understanding of at least one major DeFi protocol
• Strong architecture skills designing end-to-end systems spanning smart contracts APIs SDKs custody and compliance constraints
• Working knowledge of Solidity with ability to read review and debug smart contracts and integration flows
• Proficiency with modern programming languages and AI coding tools
• Experience designing or implementing integrations across APIs smart contracts and custody providers in production
• Excellent written communication producing clear specs integration guides and partner-facing documentation
• High ownership and autonomy taking ambiguous partner projects from scoping to production
• Fluency in English and Mandarin
• Nice-to-have: Experience integrating with exchanges wallets custody providers fintechs or institutional asset managers including security reviews audits and SLAs
• Nice-to-have: Familiarity with permissioned DeFi patterns allowlists wrappers controllers role separation and timelocks
• Nice-to-have: Intuition for liquidity market makers and incentives that impact integration success
• Nice-to-have: Experience defining scalable integration processes handoffs templates and playbooks

Responsibilities

• Work with Business Development to understand partner needs
• Translate requirements into clear technical approaches
• Identify constraints de-risk integrations and define success criteria
• Design end-to-end integrations across APIs smart contracts oracles and custody solutions
• Define system architecture around wallets custody KYC access controls compliance liquidation tooling monitoring and operations
• Run architecture workshops to align on user journeys liquidity strategies and go-to-market
• Produce architecture diagrams specs and integration playbooks
• Coordinate across internal teams to unblock launches
• Collaborate with partner engineering teams to bring solutions to production
• Turn field learnings into reference architectures best practices and improved documentation
• Keep up with DeFi infrastructure Ethereum and regulatory developments and communicate findings clearly
