About the Role
You will build and maintain mobile growth features across the engineering lifecycle. You will improve onboarding, referrals, acquisition, engagement, notifications, and experimentation, analyze user metrics, collaborate with product and business stakeholders, use AI-assisted tools, and lead projects at senior level.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience
- Production mobile development experience with Swift or Objective-C, or Kotlin or Java
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, system design, testing, debugging, and performance optimization
- Experience building consumer-facing products
- Understanding of user journeys, funnels, conversion, retention, and measurable impact
- Ability to own engineering tasks and collaborate with product and business stakeholders
- Experience using AI coding tools and validating their output
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Current right to work in Singapore without requiring visa sponsorship
- Experience with mobile attribution and MMPs is beneficial
- Experience with App Store Connect or Google Play Console is beneficial
- Experience building referral systems, k-factor mechanics, or anti-fraud layers is beneficial
- Experience in fintech, crypto, or regulated consumer financial products is beneficial
- Experience operating across US, EEA, and APAC markets is beneficial
- Experience owning A/B experimentation frameworks is beneficial
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and maintain mobile growth features
- Develop onboarding, referral, acquisition, engagement, notification, and experimentation capabilities
- Translate growth objectives into engineering solutions
- Instrument and analyze user journeys and metrics
- Evaluate technical trade-offs and propose solutions
- Write maintainable and well-tested code
- Lead projects and guide technical decisions at senior level
