About the Role
You will lead complex web projects that position Ramp.com as a high-quality brand and product-marketing site. You will collaborate with designers and engineers to maintain and improve the brand design system and component library, create interactive site experiences, and support design work when resources are constrained. You will also partner with paid advertising and growth teams to run A/B tests on landing pages for multichannel lead generation.
Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of experience as a front-end or design engineer, ideally on a marketing site.
- Demonstrate strong React, CSS, and modern framework skills, including Next.js and Tailwind.
- Provide a portfolio demonstrating previous work.
- Understand responsive design and design-to-code workflows.
- Have experience maintaining a reusable component library and implementing detailed designs in code.
- Communicate effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and continuously develop your craft.
Responsibilities
