About the Role

You will design, develop, and maintain software solutions in infrastructure, product engineering, or machine learning. You will take infrastructure problems from architecture through production launch, write design documents and well-tested code, prioritize impactful roadmap work, collaborate with engineers, and mentor junior colleagues or learn from experienced engineers.

Requirements

• Have a completed bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field before joining
• Have experience with distributed systems or cloud-native application infrastructure
• Have experience building and shipping machine learning models or solving natural language processing problems
• Have strong analytical and data skills
• Have experience with recommendation systems, natural language processing, applied machine learning, or large-scale production search or ranking systems
• Have experience building fast web applications
• Work a hybrid schedule from the Mountain View office
• Have coding skills in languages such as Go, Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++
• Understand data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
• Be able to design, build, and ship production-ready models
