Slash is a financial technology company, not a bank, that provides a comprehensive financial platform for businesses, including unified banking for crypto companies. It offers a single dashboard to manage both crypto and fiat assets. Services include high-yield checking and savings accounts, corporate cards with up to 2% cashback, working capital, and seamless stablecoin (USDC, USDT) on/off-ramps and payments. The company also issues its own stablecoin, USDSL, built on the Base network. Slash provides developer-friendly APIs for automation and simplified multi-entity management, catering to industries like marketing, e-commerce, and Web3. About the Role
You'll work on the Global USD Account, our expanded global account offerings, stablecoin payments, and the issuing stack behind the Global Card. You'll build infrastructure where on-chain rails meet traditional banking and ship it to real businesses moving real money. You'll own and ship full product surfaces end-to-end, build and extend core stablecoin infrastructure, work on the issuing stack for the Global Card, expand the Global USD Account into new markets, and work directly with customers, compliance, and design to ship the right solutions.
Requirements
- Has shipped and owned full product surfaces, not just isolated features but entire systems from data model to deploy
- Is a strong full-stack engineer: comfortable designing API endpoints, writing database migrations, and building the frontend end to end
- Has strong product instincts and thinks holistically about UX, API ergonomics, and system correctness
- Is excited to go deep on on-chain systems, stablecoins, and the messy seams between crypto and traditional finance
- Thrives working independently in a small team that ships fast
- Cares about craft: writes clean, well-tested code, thinks about edge cases
- Comfortable reasoning about on-chain UX and settlement mechanics, including signing, finality, gas, and confirmation tradeoffs
- Hands-on experience integrating with stablecoin on/off-ramp orchestration APIs, custody providers, or settlement infrastructure
- Familiarity with cross-border money movement, FX, or treasury systems
- Experience with Account Abstraction, smart wallets, paymasters, or multi-sig / key quorum systems
- Card issuing experience, especially stablecoin-backed cards or programs built on top of issuer-processors
- Background in regulated fintech — payments, banking, or compliance-heavy infrastructure
Responsibilities
- Own and ship full product surfaces end-to-end across the Global USD Account, expanded global accounts, stablecoin payments, and the Global Card — from data model to API to the product customers interact with daily
- Build and extend core stablecoin infrastructure: on-chain execution, on-ramp and off-ramp orchestration, USDSL mint/redeem flows, and settlement systems that move billions of dollars a year
- Build the issuing stack for the Global Card, handling spend authorization, settlement, and the financial primitives that make a stablecoin-backed card feel as smooth as a traditional debit
- Expand the Global USD Account into new markets and new use cases
- Work directly with customers to figure out what to build next, and partner with compliance and design to ship it correctly
