About the Role
You will improve the reliability, scalability, security, and operability of production infrastructure and customer-facing services. You will define service-level objectives, build observability systems, identify reliability risks, improve change safety and recovery, and automate operational workflows.

Responsibilities
- Define and evolve reliability goals using SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and operational metrics
- Design and build observability foundations

- Build automation, internal tooling, and self-service workflows to reduce operational toil
