About the Role
As a founding engineer on Para’s core team, you will own significant work across the technology stack, contribute to early technical decisions, build the main product, and help drive the company’s mission and business forward.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience with significant product-critical contributions
- Experience with highly scalable and secure systems
- Systems design experience and familiarity with complex systems
- Experience building 0-to-1 products, preferably in startup environments
- Strong product sense and intuition for end-user experience and business value
- Interest in blockchain and cryptography and familiarity with crypto-powered products
- Experience with TypeScript, Go, and AWS
- Desire to work at a very early-stage startup
- Prior blockchain or applied cryptography experience, particularly with MPC-based systems
- Prior engineering leadership experience
