About the Role
You design and implement robust Rust services and libraries for trading, payments, and crypto experiences. You write reusable and efficient code, contribute to distributed systems architecture, translate product requirements into resilient solutions, and take end-to-end ownership of systems and libraries.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience
- Proficiency writing network services or asynchronous code in Rust
- Security-first system design
- Ability to debug issues across the OS, network, and application stack
- Understanding of distributed systems, RPC protocols, Kafka, and event-driven systems
- Ability to collaborate with product teams
- End-to-end ownership of systems and libraries
