Responsibilities

• Design and build CMDB, DCIM, and asset-lifecycle platforms
• Build monitoring, observability, alarming, and incident-management capabilities
• Create self-service portals and workflow automation for infrastructure operations
• Develop integration layers for internal platforms and external systems
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, security, product, and business stakeholders
• Evaluate platform build-versus-buy decisions
• Champion CI/CD, infrastructure as code, automated testing, and observability
• Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems and own projects through deployment
