About the Role

You'll join as one of the company's early engineering hires, helping build critical financial infrastructure from the ground up. You'll design and implement core system architecture that forms the backbone of the payment infrastructure, and you'll build essential components including workflow engines, partner integrations, ledgering systems, and public APIs. You'll work directly with technical leadership to make key architectural decisions, and you'll help shape the engineering culture and technical practices as the company grows.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional software development experience
  • Strong background in building reliable, scalable backend systems
  • Track record of owning projects end-to-end and making sound technical decisions
  • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced startup environment where you'll wear multiple hats
