About the Role
You will design, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments to improve key growth metrics. You will build onboarding, referral, and engagement features; develop scalable experimentation infrastructure; instrument tracking and dashboards; analyze cohorts and experiment outcomes; and translate growth goals into practical technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Programming skills in Node, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go
- Data analysis and SQL experience
- Familiarity with instrumentation, analytics tools, and experimentation frameworks
- Ability to design and interpret statistically grounded experiments
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests
- Identify funnel bottlenecks and improve conversion throughout the user lifecycle
- Build onboarding flows, referral systems, and automated engagement loops
- Develop scalable code and infrastructure for growth initiatives and experimentation
- Instrument tracking and build dashboards with data teams
- Analyze cohorts, engagement metrics, and experiment outcomes using SQL and analytics tools
- Translate business goals into technical requirements and solutions
- Automate repetitive tasks and build internal experimentation tools
