About the Role

You will build software, internal platforms, and applications that support growth across the company. You will design and maintain data ingestion and activation pipelines across products, internal systems, external systems, and third-party data. You will apply AI and LLMs to unstructured-data processing, automation, personalization, and growth-signal derivation. You will drive outcomes through experiments and metric-driven development, make prioritization and scoping decisions, and collaborate with product, data, design, growth, sales, and finance stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a software development role
• Experience shipping fast, reliable applications using modern development tools and infrastructure
• Experience operating in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
• Ability to develop creative, pragmatic solutions under uncertainty
• Commitment to continuously improving software development skills
