About the Role
You will build and optimize onboarding, activation, viral, and monetization experiences. You will work across frontend, backend, and analytics, run A/B tests, own growth metrics, and partner with product, design, and data to turn business goals into technical solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years building production web applications
- Full-stack fundamentals
- TypeScript
- React
- Node.js or similar technologies
- A/B testing

- Experience with credits and payments
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize onboarding flows, activation funnels, and viral loops
- Implement monetization features including credit systems, paywalls, pricing experiments, and upgrade flows
- Run A/B tests and improve the experimentation framework
- Own growth metrics including sign-ups, activation rates, conversion, and retention
- Work across frontend, backend, and analytics instrumentation
- Partner with product, design, and data to translate business goals into technical implementations
