About the Role
You will build and maintain secure, scalable payment journeys for deposits and withdrawals. You will turn defined designs into reliable code, solve complex technical problems, and make pragmatic implementation trade-offs. You will participate in code reviews, design, planning, support-ticket reviews, and Agile practices. You will improve inherited software, test thoroughly, estimate work accurately, and help maintain performant, understandable systems.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience writing distributed, highly scalable, highly available backend systems and APIs using Java or similar programming languages
- Experience supporting and debugging JavaScript and React codebases
- Understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Experience with testing concepts, test tools, SDLC testing integration, and quality engineering practices
- Understanding of DevOps concepts, including Docker, Kubernetes, CloudFormation, and Terraform
