About the Role
You will own and evolve a multi-language build system, improving hermeticity, reproducibility, dependency management, and usability. You will design and operate CI/CD infrastructure, eliminate flaky tests and slow feedback loops, and build tools for onboarding, debugging, and code review. You will enable practical adoption of AI coding assistants and agentic workflows while measuring their impact.
Requirements
- Software engineering experience with Java, Go, Python, or a similar language
- Experience owning build systems, CI/CD infrastructure, or developer-productivity tooling
- Bazel experience preferred
- Experience operating distributed build or test environments
- Familiarity with Kubernetes or cloud infrastructure
- Debugging skills
- Experience enabling AI developer tools is a plus
