About the Role
You will develop device software for data-collection episodes, synchronize sensor streams, and define recording and training-data interfaces. You will build validation tools, support field deployments, provide operator controls, and diagnose hardware, timing, storage, and driver failures.
Requirements
- Embedded or device-level robotics or sensing software experience
- C++ or Python proficiency
- Multi-modal sensor synchronization knowledge
- Camera pipeline familiarity
- Data quality and dataset hygiene knowledge
- Real-hardware debugging experience
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain device software across the episode lifecycle
- Integrate and synchronize camera, pose-tracker, encoder, and sensor streams
- Define data formats, episode packaging, metadata schemas, and training-pipeline interfaces
- Build data validation tooling
- Build operator-facing session controls and feedback
- Support field data collection and validate data quality
- Debug device hardware and integration failures
