About the Role
You will design, build, tune, and deploy reliable healthcare AI agents for patient and member interactions. You will own the agent development lifecycle, work with healthcare customers, navigate healthcare integrations and workflows, and turn customer needs into platform improvements.

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver production-grade healthcare AI agents
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot through deployment and iteration
- Partner with healthcare leaders to solve operational challenges
- Develop expertise in healthcare systems, workflows, and interoperability standards
- Surface unmet needs and prototype platform tools and features
