You will build core AI agent behavior and capabilities, including orchestration, tools, guardrails, prompts, execution environments, and model tuning. You will improve the default agent experience and launch new models through integration, evaluation, and rollout.
Requirements
- Experience building complex agentic products or infrastructure
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
- Knowledge of model and agent behavior
- Ability to make product decisions using data and user experience
- Experience with AI evaluation datasets or frameworks is a plus
- Experience building developer tools is a plus
Responsibilities
- Advance the agent harness across agent loops, tools, prompts, execution environments, and capabilities
- Improve default agent model selection
- Shape the default agent personality
- Launch new models through integration, evaluation, and rollout
Hiring Process
