About the Role
You will build simulation and benchmarking tools for AI agents, create no-code content-management tools, and adapt development workflows for agent behavior. You will develop generative tooling and systems that improve agents through real-world interactions, customer feedback, and self-play.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience building production products and systems
- Experience building and shipping full-stack solutions
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Responsibilities
- Build simulation and benchmarking tools for AI agents
- Create no-code tools for guiding and testing AI agents
- Adapt software development methodologies for AI agents
- Build generative tools to accelerate agent creation
