About the Role
Own and elevate the social presence across ElevenLabs and ElevenCreative through content strategy, lightweight video editing, community management, platform-native publishing, analytics, and brand development.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts for a technology or creative tools company
- A shareable portfolio of social media work
- Lightweight video editing skills, including clip assembly, text and motion overlays, and platform-specific formatting
- Experience recording and editing content with tools such as Screen Studio
- Platform-native copywriting across X, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Fluency in social analytics and native platform dashboards
- Experience coordinating content across video, community, partnerships, and product marketing teams
- Understanding of the AI and creative tools landscape
Responsibilities
- Own the social content calendar across X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Discord from planning through publishing
- Coordinate with AI creative producers and product teams to capture and adapt product moments into social-ready assets
- Record and edit content using tools such as Screen Studio
- Grow and manage the Discord community by sparking conversation and surfacing feedback
- Plan and execute social content for product launches, feature releases, and company moments
- Collaborate with creator partnerships and community teams on campaigns and content amplification
- Monitor social analytics and use performance data to refine strategy
- Track platform trends, algorithm changes, and cultural moments
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and raise content quality across channels
- Manage community engagement and respond to comments
- Develop and iterate content formats that demonstrate product capabilities and drive engagement
