About the Role
You will develop sourcing strategies and supplier networks for contract labor and site services. You will negotiate supplier frameworks and support-service agreements, manage labor compliance, and build contractor-to-hire and workforce-development programs.
Requirements
- Experience sourcing and managing contract labor and trades at scale across multiple sites
- Experience with rate cards, MSA/SOW frameworks, and qualification standards
- Knowledge of union jurisdictions, prevailing wage, and Davis-Bacon compliance
- Experience procuring lodging, food, transportation, and PPE services
- Experience partnering across operations, construction, recruiting, and finance
- Experience building contractor-to-hire or workforce-development programs
Responsibilities
- Own sourcing, onboarding, and contractor workforce strategies across multiple states
- Build and manage supplier networks for contract labor
- Develop preferred-supplier lists and MSA/SOW frameworks
- Manage union-jurisdiction awareness and labor compliance
- Source and negotiate workforce support services
- Partner on contract-to-hire pipelines and workforce-development programs
