About the Role

You will support post-sales order fulfillment by reviewing order accuracy, scheduling deliveries, maintaining records, communicating updates, resolving issues, and improving fulfillment processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer support order fulfillment or related customer-facing experience in a high-tech or related industry
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with CRM ERP and WMS systems used in order fulfillment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Time management and organizational skills
• Ability to coach colleagues on processes and product knowledge
• Eligibility to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Review sales orders for complete and accurate fulfillment information
• Schedule order fulfillment and delivery based on customer requirements inventory and capacity
• Communicate order status scheduling updates delays and changes
• Ensure customer-specific shipping instructions are followed
• Expedite urgent and priority orders
• Maintain order records in ERP and order-management systems
• Investigate shipment and order issues and coordinate resolutions
• Provide order-status support to Sales and Customer Service
• Identify and escalate potential fulfillment issues
• Follow order-processing procedures and controls
• Support fulfillment process-improvement initiatives
